1. Valuation Methodology

Our platform generates formula-based estimates for private sales, auctions, salvage, and parts using provisional market references, machine age, engine hours, ZIP-region factors, and your inspection reports. Live market feeds are not yet active.

2. Clear Disclaimers

Estimates are for planning only and are not certified appraisals, specific offers, or price guarantees. These results cannot be the sole basis for financing, insurance, tax filings, or professional financial reporting under any circumstances.

3. User Ownership

You are responsible for confirming serial numbers, legal ownership, liens, and structural integrity before any transaction. You must also manage all transport, taxes, and fees. We are not responsible for the outcome of any equipment sales.

4. Billing and Data

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Data is processed for service operations and security. We never sell personal info. Policies may be updated prospectively; material changes will be posted. Unapproved copying or resale is prohibited.

Privacy Policy

Account, contact, valuation, fleet, service, payment, and technical data may be processed by MachineWorth, Wix, and the payment provider only as needed to operate the service, subscriptions, support, and security. MachineWorth does not sell personal information. Customers may contact MachineWorth to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal retention requirements. Wix and the payment provider's privacy and cookie terms also apply.

Subscriptions and Refunds

Individual and Contractor plans renew monthly until canceled. Customers can cancel from My Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal, while access continues through the current paid period. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated at checkout; cancellation does not itself create a refund.
